All orders are subject to our Policy. By placing an order, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our Policy.
Pricing - Prices are listed on the website. Prices are per item, unless stated that price is per "set of _." Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check the site often for current prices. We will honor the price listed at the time of purchase, however, additional orders will be subject to the new price increases.
Ordering Information - The customer is welcome to order by email, or U.S. mail. Orders may be given over the telephone, but we accept no responsibility if the merchandise if is not as desired or if there are errors in the order. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after processing. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, no more than 5 days from date of order. This will be treated as a return and refunds will be given when we receive the merchandise in new condition in unopened package. All customized and personalized orders are non-refundable.
Payment - All orders are prepaid. We accept Mastercard, Visa, money orders & Personal Checks. Your merchandise will be shipped when payment has cleared.
Shipping - Shipping on items priced up to $99.00 is $12.00, items priced $100 or more is $5.00.
Shipping Address - The customer must provide us with the correct shipping address. If the address is incorrect, the customer will be charged a $10 correction fee plus the cost of reshipping the item(s). A valid phone number for the shipping address must be on file. It is also very important that you, the customer, know that once we give the shipment to the courier, it becomes your property. It is very important we have a shipping address where there will be a responsible person to receive the shipment. If you would like to request "signature required," there is a $2 fee.
Product Description/Information - We have attempted to, as accurately as possible, describe the product. Sometimes manufacturers will change products without notification. If a change is made, we will make the change on the site as soon as possible. We will notify the customer immediately of the change. If you no longer would like the product we will issue a refund and accept the return, in "unused condition.*
Returns - We do not accept returns, with 2 exceptions. See Ordering Information and Product Description/Information above.
Refused Shipments - If a shipment is refused, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all related shipping costs. If it is a product that is perishable or personalized or special order, NO refund will be issued and you will be charged any extra shipping fees incurred.
Use of Site - Use this site at your own risk. Use of the internet and email is subjecting your computer to viruses, or other harmful content. We are not liable for any damages or harm that may be caused by these elements. Our policies, products, pricing, conditions, and site can change without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Life Treasures is not responsible for any typographical errors. Life Treasures' liability on defective merchandise is limited to the replacement of said merchandise, not any losses incurred due to the failure of the product.
Privacy - We do not sell your personal information to 3rd parties. We will use your contact information for email notifications, invoices, confirmation, and information. We will use your personal information if required by law. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of affiliates. Calls may be monitored for quality assurance.
